Ultimate Horizon offers ITW GSE’s high performance single jacket power cables with 400 Hz connectors. The 400 Hz system is connected to aircraft, the aircraft cable assembly incorporates a unique ITW GSE safety device called a split F pin. When inserting the connector into the aircraft, the F-Pin of the aircraft receptacle establishes a solid contact between the two parts of the split F-tube which closes the control circuit. These superior cables are design to reduce life cycle costs and increase productivity. Thermgard protection automatically senses heat build-up (hot plug). ITW GSE also provides 28V DC cable assembly in various conductor sizes and cable length.
Beside this ITW GSE also provides replaceable contact sections and an abrasion resistant replaceable end cap with tapered edge to fit securely on any aircraft for 400Hz power cables. So that you don’t need to replace the entire cable assembly.
